The Bundeena Community and Services Club War Memorial consists of a Wall of Remembrance and a crypt, positioned in front of a flagpole. Both structures are constructed from concrete blocks and are surrounded by a garden bed.
The wall is topped by sandstone pavers and is faced with the emblems of the Australian Defence Force service branches. An eternal flame is also set into a recess in the wall. Attached along the front of the wall are multiple bronze plaques for individual veterans.
The top face of the crypt is a mosaic artwork depicting soldiers and a nurse, standing in a field, with a rising sun in the background. The artwork's design and the mosaic construction were done by local artists.
The memorial is located in the front garden of the club and is visible from the street.
