This memorial is an Australian native Hoop Pine tree (Araucaria cunningham). It is located in Clunes Village Park, in the small town of Clunes, NSW. It is accompanied by a metal plaque, positioned in front of its trunk. The plaque is inscribed with a dedication to all who have served in times of conflict and peace. 

The tree was planted in March 2019. Also on site is the Clunes and District War Memorial.
