Description / Background

Darawank War Memorial Park has large open green spaces and picnic facilities. It is located off the The Lakes Way next to the picturesque Wallamba River. A large bushrock set on a concrete base bears the dedication plaque from 1995. The park also features a decorative metal artwork, with two information panels, and benches commemorating the 100th anniversary of Armistice.
