Description / Background

These two park benches are located within the Delungra Anzac Park. They were donated by Delungra RSL Women's Auxiliary (established 1944) as part of the 'Australia Remembers 1945-1995' project developed by the Australian Government to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the end of the Second world War. The donation is recorded on a plaque attached to one of the seats.

The park is used for various commemorative services throughout the year. It features several war memorials and honour rolls throughout the grounds.
