The Gladesville Hospital First World War Roll of Honour is a tri-coloured marble honour board, set on an exterior wall of building 38 in the old Gladesville (Mental) Hospital. The main part of the roll is in white marble, with names inscribed and blackened. It is framed by two orange-red marble columns and the whole is set on a larger black marble tablet.
