It is situated at the entrance to the Regis Hastings Manor Aged Care Facility in Port Macquarie. The memorial is dedicated to members of the armed forces who have served in wars and conflicts. A brass plaque bearing the dedication is attached to a low plinth at the front of the pond. The plaque is inscribed with raised lettering with the Australian Joint Services Crest situated at the top.
