Description / Background

This memorial hall is where the Wanaaring Anzac Day service is held every year, usually at the flagpoles at the front of the hall.

The hall houses an honour roll listing the names of people from the Wanaaring District who joined the services during the Second World War. Around the late 1980s, Bob Morton, the then-publican of Wanaaring, had the honour roll refurbished.
