War Memorial Hospital First World War Honour Roll, Waverley

Uniting War Memorial Hospital First World War Honour Roll
Description

The honour roll lists those who served during the First World War on the two left panels. The two right panels are acknowledgements of benefactors from the area during the war. It is located in the Edina building of the Uniting War Memorial Hospital, formerly the Waverley War Memorial Hospital.

The Edina building is surrounded by numerous hospital buildings, a garden/park facing directly opposite the building, as well as areas of conglomeration between the elderly and workers.

The War Memorial Hospital is a large collection of buildings, situated between Birrel St and Bronte Rd. The hospital is operated by the Uniting Church.
