Description / Background

The Ardlethan Memorial School of Arts is a substantial brick building. It was built in 1924 in honour of those who served in the First World War. Located inside, are two fabric honour rolls for the war.

In 1961, a memorial hall was built adjoining the School in honour of those who served in the Second World War.

Ardlethan is a small town about 68 kms north of Narrandera in the Riverina. The buildings are located in the main street, opposite Lions Park, near the old railway station.
