This war memorial is a sandstone slab, bearing the bronze emblems of the Australian Army, Royal Australian Navy, the Royal Australian Air Force, and the RSL.
The memorial was established in 2016, with funding from a Saluting Their Service Grant awarded to Coolamon RSL sub-Branch. It was unveiled by the Mayor of Coolamon Shire, Councillor John Seymour, OAM. It is used as a site for Anzac Day and Remembrance Day commemorative services in Ardlethan.
