A casuarina tree, with a brass plaque mounted on a granite slab positioned at the base of the trunk. The memorial is located in the Memorial Park, near the Bogan Gate War Memorial

This plaque was unveiled by Senator Sandy Macdonald, National Party Senator for NSW, 20th April 1998
