A gift from John & Hannah E. Jeffries in memory of their nephew Capt Clarence Smith Jeffries V.C. 34th Battalion A.I.F. who was killed in the Battle of Passchendaele on October 12th 1917 at the age of 22 Yrs 11 1/2 Months 18.9.1918.
