A white marble plaque with blackened inscription, inset into the front wall of the Chatswood R.S.L. building.

Inscription

In memory of the sailors and soldiers from the North Shore Line who gave their lives in the Great War 1914-1918. This stone was laid by Maj-Gen C F Cox CB, CMG, DSO, VD September 17th 1921.
