Description / Background

The memorial comprises a stone perimeter fence and gateway into the church grounds as well as some matching stairs and gardens leading into the church itself. Attached to the fence is a rectangular cast bronze plaque with the inscription, three small service badges and a cross in each of its four corners. A laurel leaf pattern forms the edge of the plaque.

To the glory of God and in grateful memory of those who served in World Wars I & II

This fence and improvement of the Church grounds were dedicated 15th February 1953
