The monument is located in the grounds of Christ Church Anglican Church in Brewarrina. It is a grey granite Celtic cross, mounted on a stepped pedestal of the same stone. The memorial stands on a natural cement-rendered stepped base. The dedication and names are inscribed on the first step of the pedestal, below the cross. The original gold lettering has weathered away.
