2020 marks 75 years since the end of the Second World War. To commemorate this important year, the NSW Government interviewed WWII veterans about their experiences. Read our 75th Anniversary Stories.
A small, dark bronze plaque attached to the marble backing. The inscription and veterans' names are in raised letters, as is a small laurel wreath beneath the Second World War banner heading.

In honour of the members of the Head Office and painting and repair staffs of the Department of Education who served in the Armed Forces and to perpetuate the memory of the following Officers who gave their lives.
