Description / Background

A double-sided interpretative panel detailing an extensive summary of the First World War, Australia's contribution to the war and several archival photographs. The board is constructed of wooden posts and a metal panel. It is held together with metal brackets and secured by concrete footings.

The board was unveiled on Remembrance Day 2018 by Dr David Gillespie MP. It is located directly inside the northern entrance to Gloucester Memorial Park, off Hume Street.
