A large dark wooden board with glass cover. Veterans' names are gilded.

Additional information by Sydney Trains: 

The carved board lists 116 Gordon community veteran's names who served in in the First World War. It was unveiled by the President of Women's Patriotic Society, Mrs Morley, on 3 February1917 and attached to a wooden wall of Gordon Station (SMH 5/02/1917).

It is currently mounted on the wall of the overhead booking office near the Station Master's office and has had a perspex sheet attached to protect the names of the veterans. It lies within the heritage listing boundary of the Gordon Railway Station Group.
