2020 marks 75 years since the end of the Second World War. To commemorate this important year, the NSW Government is interviewing WWII veterans about their experiences. Read our 75th Anniversary Stories.
A black granite rectangular stone, 77cm high and 65cm wide. It is set on a concrete plinth at a 10 degree angle away from the perpendicular. It has a 20cm high and 30cm wide bronze plaque and three service bas relief bronze emblems each 20cm x 17 cm.
The memorial is located on the eastern end of bowling green no1. It is under three flag poles, in a garden area with trees shielding the area from traffic noise.
