A large bushrock memorial with a plaque attached, positioned in a raised garden bed. The memorial is flanked by two flagpoles.

Inscription

"LEST WE FORGET"

To the honour of those gallant Australians who have given their lives in defence of the nation. This plaque was affixed and dedicated at the first ANZAC Day Dawn Service held in Medowie on 25 April 1997. Erected by the Medowie Community.
