Until recently this First World War honour roll comprised a series of sheets of paper with veterans' names and details printed on them, presented in a glass fronted wooden case. The paper sheets have been replaced by a single, large printed vinyl board. The memorial is located on the wall of the entranceway to the the Murrumburrah Mechanics Institute Hall. The Harden-Murrumburrah Historical Society Museum is located in the hall.
