Description

 

A large rectangular copper and brass plaque decorated with the AIF badge at the top and a laurel wreath in the centre in which the names of veterans' who died during the War are recorded. On either side of the centre wreath are three tablets with the names of those veterans who served during the War. Beneath are the crossed Union Jack and Australian flag. All the inscriptions and names are embossed and polished and set on a black background.

[1] Roll of Honour. 1914 - A tribute to the Officers of the Department of Lands who served in the Great War 1914 - 1919.
