A large polished wooden Honour Board with the names in three columns. The left and right sides of the Board are carved with decorative fluting.

There is a plaque detailed the unveiling attached at the base of the board.

The Board is hanging in the Royal Newcastle Aero Club House, located on the north side of the New England Highway, 4km west of the Wollombi Road intersection.
