Metal honour roll set within a polished wooden frame, mounted on a wall. A collection of Australian Light Horse colour patches are mounted nearby, made and framed by Craig Tanner and Eyeton Blandford.
The roll and patches are positioned under a gilded, wooden header board bearing the words 'Scone Public School War Memorial 1914-1919'. This board was the pediment of the original memorial library, dedicated in 1920. The memorial is located in the school's Assembly Hall.
