A modest brass plaque mounted on wood bearing a dedication, located in the porch at the western end of St Luke's Anglican Church.
The plaque is positioned beneath a wooden board on which names of the rectors of the Church, from 1839 to the 2000s, are inscribed in gold. It is not clear if the Rectors Board is part of the memorial.
