St Paul's Anglican Church Memorial Lychgate, South Maitland


The lychgate contains eight marble panels, four on each side, mounted under the gables inside the gate. The inscription reads left to right across each set of four. The names of those who served are engraved on the panels and highlighted in black.

There is also an engraved sandstone block on the right hand side at the entrance of the gate.

To the Glory of God in memory of Edward Walter Capper Flight Lieutenant R.F.C. Killed in action Peronne France 14th April 1917. Aged 27 years.
