This war memorial is a stainless-steel plaque, attached to a timber backing board. It records the details of three Second World War veterans who were born in Annangrove.

The plaque hangs on a wall inside the Annangrove Park Hall, adjacent to the Kenthurst and Annangrove Second World War Roll of Honour, Annangrove Park Hall. Two of the veterans on the plaque, Norman Studley Davies and Charles Harold Langlands, are not listed on the roll of honour.
