Description / Background

The memorial is a timber honor roll, displayed within a glass-fronted timber cabinet. The inscription and names of those who served in the Second World War are painted on the board in gold. All of the 21 who enlisted in the war returned.

The roll is positioned alongside the matching Bungarby and District First World War Honor Roll. Both boards have been recently restored to preserve them for future generations.

The memorial is located inside the Bungarby Memorial Hall, where services are held on and around Anzac Day and Remembrance Day. Access to the memorial is by appointment/tour.
