Description / Background

Made of timber frame with galvanised iron cladding, the Bungarby Memorial Hall houses a collection of significant memorabilia. The collection includes honour boards for the First World War and Second World War, as well as photographs of local men and women who served.

The memorial hall was constructed by local residents in 1905 and includes a dance floor and stage. Commemorative services observing Anzac Day and Remembrance Day are held at the hall.
