The roll of honour is simply constructed of two pieces of timber, joined vertically down the middle. The names and inscription are painted in gold. 

The roll was once located at Castlemountain and is now located in the Quirindi Cottage and Museum. Access to the memorial is restricted to the opening times of the museum.
