David Manning Glenn was born in Wingham on 22 November 1912 and enlisted on 30 January 1942. As a Private in the 2/1 Australian General Hospital, he was discharged on 15 December 1945. His older brother Hilton was born in Sydney on 19 September 1900 and enlisted on 28 August 1940. As a Private in the 2/1 Australian General Hospital, he was discharged on 13 October 1945.
