Description / Background

This timber honour roll is approximately 4.5 ft wide and 3.5 ft high. The names of 60 Second World War veterans are inscribed in gold lettering across four columns on the main board of the board. Of these 60, four died during active service. The memorial can be found inside the Kenthurst Literary Institute building. This old School of Arts hall was built in 1889.

An identical board is located inside the Annangrove Park Hall building. It is listed separately on the NSW War Memorials Register as the Kenthurst and Annangrove Second World War Roll of Honour, Annangrove Park Hall.
