The board is 97.5 cm high, 75.5cm at its widest point and 48.5cm at its narrowest. It is 3.5-4cm thick. It is made of tin with a mdf/plywood back. The Australian badge and name plates are a combination of copper and brass. The board hangs on the eastern side of the Billimari Public Hall on the northern side of the entrance.
