The sandstone memorial wall is set on a white gravel bed within a small corner garden. Behind the memorial are a memorial flame, a large wooden cross and a flagpole. Attached to the top of the wall are four bronze plaques on which names are embossed; on the front and side are the service emblems for the Navy, Army and Airforce and the words 'Lest We Forget'. At the side are two plaques one for the National Servicemen's Association and the other listing donors. Two smaller plaques set on individual sandstone tablets are located at ground level in front of the Wall.
Both Anzac and Remembrance day ceremonies are conducted here.
