A substantial blond-brick building in the main street of Jerilderie, with a brass inscription plaque on the front of the building by the front entrance. The building also houses the Jerilderie Second World War Roll of Honour.

This building was officially opened by His Excellency Lieutenant-General Sir John Northcott, CB, KCMG, KCVO, Governor of New South Wales, on 23rd October 1954.
