A large bushrock memorial with a plaque attached, bearing the inscription. The memorial is a marker on the Remembrance Driveway, which is a series of tree plantings and rest stops between Sydney and the Australian War Memorial in Canberra, in honour of those who served in the Second World War.
Memorial stones are set in garden areas at different points alongside the Driveway throughout the Southern Highlands. They are located on the Old Hume Highway just south of Berrima and the Illawarra Highway between Moss Vale and Sutton Forest. Each has a plaque attached, many of which include the sponsoring company's crest and/or name, as well as the dedication.
This memorial is visible from the Illawarra Highway, near the intersection with Camaroo Lane in Moss Vale.
