Description / Background

This hand written roll of honour for the First World War is presented in a timber frame, inset with a pane of glass. It has decorative illustrations at the top, including the First commonwealth Coat of Arms, a crown, and the Union Jack and Australian flags. 

The memorial is located on the front eastern wall of St Margaret's Anglican Church in Bellingen, NSW. In earlier days, the community was known as Bellinger.
