At the end of the Second World War, a third memorial board commemorating Kellyville veterans was mounted inside the now-demolished Kellyville Memorial Hall. It was then moved to the Kellyville Recreation Centre, now also demolished, before being moved to its current location at Kellyville Public School.
The white marble board is approximately 1 m high and 950 mm wide. It lists 55 Kellyville residents who served during the Second World War: three from the RAN, 16 from the RAAF, 35 from the AIF and one from the WAAAF services. Seven veterans listed on the board suffered the supreme sacrifice.
Note that there are several sets of brothers in the listing. Three of the veterans marked as KIA, J Parsons, Popple and R Scott, were unable to be identified as from the local or surrounding areas. See veterans' notes for more details, including some points of interest on Gordon Kearney (Wainwright).
Along with two other boards, it is attached to an outside wall facing Windsor Road.
