A plain, dark bronze plaque, attached to the side wall of St Andrew's Cathedral in Sydney. At the top is an Australian Imperial Force (A.I.F.) badge, flanked by a poppy in each corner. The inscription is raised.
To the Glory of God and to the hallowed memory of the men of the 2/10 Field Ambulance and their comrades of the Eighth Division who gave their lives in the Far East 1940–45.
The main dressing station was in St Andrew's Cathedral Singapore.
